Capriotti's Sandwich Shop was born in Little Italy of Wilmington, DE, and has continued an exponential growth, with stores from Beverly Hills to Rehoboth Beach, DE.  Now headquarted in Las Vegas, Capriotti's continues to cultivate ravid fans, who have helped make Capriotti's a near iconic institution.  Store baked turkeys are slow roasted, and hand pulled, making a tender and delicious turkey sandwich.  Turkey is the foundation for our signature fan favorite, 'The Bobbie', which has cranberry sauce and stuffing added, making a spectacular experience.
